Monthly Packages

Starter Package - £400/month

  • 1 short video per month (up to 1 minute - promo, Reel or Story)

  • 1 filming visit per month (up to 2 hours)

  • Basic edit with captions/subtitles

  • 1 round of revisions

Standard Package - £600/month

  • 2 short videos per month (up to 1 minute each)

  • Up to 2 filming visits (up to 2 hours per visit)

  • Clean edits with captions/subtitles

  • 1–2 rounds of revisions

  • Planning + content outline each month

Premium Package - £850/month

  • 3–4 videos per month (mix of promos, interviews, events, Reels)

  • Up to 2 half-day filming sessions (up to 4 hours each)

  • Captions, subtitles and clean edits included

  • 2 rounds of revisions

  • Monthly planning call + content direction

One-Off Video Packages

Quick Social Video - £600

  • 30 to 45 second promo (ideal for Reels or Stories)

  • Up to 2 hours filming (single location)

  • Clean, fast edit with captions and branding

  • 1 round of revisions

Social Media Promo - £950

  • Up to 3 hours filming (single or dual location)

  • 60-second story-driven promo with interviews, B-roll, storytelling

  • Captions, music, logo animation

  • 2 short social media cutdowns included

  • 1 round of revisions included

  • Video includes captions/subtitles as standard

Website Promo Video - £1,200

  • Up to 5 hours filming (half-day, 1–2 locations)

  • 2-minute flagship video (website/YouTube)

  • Interviews, B-roll, logo animation, captions, music

  • 2 short cutdowns included

  • 1 round of revisions included

  • Video includes captions/subtitles as standard

Event Highlights Video - £1,500

  • Up to 5 hours on site (half-day coverage)

  • 2-minute highlight video + 2 short cutdowns for social media

  • Includes interviews and on-location soundbites

  • Ideal for events, launches or open days

  • 2 rounds of revisions included

  • Video includes captions/subtitles as standard

Each project includes a planning call to confirm ideas and content. Typical filming times are shown as a guide. Full-day or multi-location shoots can be quoted separately.

Extras

Video

  • Custom filming-only sessions and monthly retainers are available for projects that don’t fit into the packages above. Get in touch for a tailored quote

  • Additional filming time – £150/hour (For projects requiring extra on-site filming beyond what’s included in your package)

  • Additional editing – £50/hour (For extended edit rounds, longer videos or extra cut-downs)

  • Music licensing – £20–£40 per track

  • Advanced sound design – from £50

  • Colour grading (beyond basic correction) – £50/hour

  • Extra social media versions (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) – £50

  • Thumbnail or cover design – £25

  • Rush delivery (48 hours) – +20%
